I am posing this question to the readers.
If you were contacted by Microsoft, VMware, Google, etc. would you interview with the company, even though you were content with your current job?
I have been with my current company for 5+ years. My time here has been great. The one thing that my boss and administrative team have always been aware of is this: “If I find my dream job I am not going to pass it by”.
My boss has a very good take on that. “We are training you to succeed with life and your career, we know that not everyone will stay with the company forever. We just want you to do your best while you are here”.
So Microsoft, VMware, Google, etc. You can call me anytime.
