Upcoming VCAP-DCA Test
I am starting to become a little un-easy with my VCAP-DCA test less than two weeks away. I am scrambling to study as much as possible. I have deadlines to meet and I really want to have the DCA passed! The next step will be even worse. Preparing my design to defend for the VCDX.
I am currently working with VMware Horizon Workspace. That is all I can say for now. I have blog posts coming on how to stage the new 2.1.1 system and setup ThinApp to play nice.
Here is my current study material.
pluralsight.com – VMware vSphere Troubleshooting: Intro to vSphere Troubleshooting
Thanks Pluralsight for the free year membership for becoming a #vExpert
I also have the Paul Grevink VDCA550 Study guide.
@paulgrevink is his Twitter handle and the study guide is here.
Thanks Paul for the great work.
So I am cramming both of these video/documents. I am hoping that the previous 180+ hours of studying for my VCAP-DCD will help.
I plan to reach out to Joshua Andrews and setup a 4 hour time to use his VCAP-DCA exam/practice environment. I hope that once I complete the practice session, I should have a good grasp of what I need to finish studying.
April 8th will be here before I know it.
Hey James,
I’m also taking the exam on the same day. I am also planning on submitting for vcdx in the fall. Best of luck and if you want to chat via email just let me know.
